Summary

It’s World Menopause Day, and to help raise awareness, we’ve decided to do things a little bit differently by dropping three special edition episodes over the course of this month, to mark Menopause Awareness Month.

For this special episode, Kate called upon two women who have been her life-raft. Lisa Snowdon, who has had to endure it herself and has helped calm the stormy seas of peri-menopause with her friendly shoulder to lean on, and Lisa’s doctor, Dr Naomi Potter, a leading menopause expert who eventually became Kate’s doctor too.

Expect a frank and honest discussion on peri-menopause, menopause, HRT and so much more!

an index so that across the course of the conversation you're about to hear you understand some of the

abbreviations that we refer to treatments and medical stages of the

So fast up, peri menopause.
