It’s Menopause Awareness Month, and to celebrate, we’ve deviated from our usual format to bring you some very special content. Keep your eyes peeled over the next couple of weeks for episodes dropping into your feed.
Tomorrow marks World Menopause Day, prompting a slight shift in our schedule and so we’re releasing a special episode tomorrow instead of our usual Tuesday drop. But fear not! See you tomorrow!
