Today I'm speaking to three separate guests.

We've reached the end of our Summer World Cup video series, so I'm joined by both Paul

Lansorge and Alex Stewart to discuss the tournaments in 2010 and 2014.

I unfortunately due to a scheduling error.

The guys were unable to make it at the same time.

So I spoke to them both separately.

And I also spoke to UMax's own Danny Sayers, who is currently out in the Netherlands for us to make a series of videos about the European Championships currently taking place.

There's no proof that increased tourism or legacy, as some I suppose governments would call it,

of infrastructure pays for itself in the years beyond the tournament.

So when South Africa, a country who, according to Chris Rodriguez of the Guardian,

at the time of the tournament ranked below Gaza and the West Bank in the Human Development Index, which is a rating based on things

like education, life expectancy, standard of living. When South Africa hosts a tournament on this scale,

there's obviously always positives and negatives to that decision. Since the tournament,

lots of worrying information has come out, including the existence of FIFA operated legal courts.

John Oliver on his HBO show did one of the first shows was an amazing sort of 15, 20 minute piece about FIFA. If you haven't

seen that, do take to YouTube. I think it'll be probably the first thing that comes up, John
