So I'm really still an alcoholic.

Okay, so maybe the examples of the resentments and I just want to touch briefly on one of the

times that I did a resentment inventory that was completely different than any type of

four column inventory was with the woman that I had worked with in London and it was actually

three columns and it introduced all the, it introduced these seven deadly sins from the

stepbook also.

So it was literally I had a resentment and it was one sheet of paper and it made things

actually very simple.

I very much enjoyed it because it really helped me with six and seven.

But it was I, at the top of the page, I would write, you know, who I was angry with, like,

why was angry and who I was angry with and then I would just go through 14 character defects

and it was, you know, anger, which was anger and arrogance, pride, self-pity, self-centered

fear, selfishness, gluttony, greed, impatience and intolerance, sloth, lust, let me

read jealousy and the personal relations and dishonesty and I already said sloth.

And I would just go through and I would literally write how this resentment, every single

place worked out that way.

And that's where I started to really see that my dishonesty was getting very clever.
