But first we're going to start off with our peak and pit of the week. This is our weekly

I appreciate y'all having me on here today. I'm really excited to talk about health and fitness, right, since it's such a complicated topic. But my peak this week was Annalise, my fiance, and I, we've been

really, really busy, and we blocked off time to cook together. We made a really, really, really

delicious meal together this week, so I'm really happy about that. And then my pit was earlier in the

week. I woke up with a lot of like work anxiety I was really

uh overloaded with things but I got out of that pit by just you know taking a few breaths

I meditate very often it's cool to look back and be like I that was my low but I was able to

get out of that and yeah I love that you were very optimistic my peak of, honestly, is that it's snowing today.

I've been, like, waiting for the snow to come because I feel like we've had none this year.

And I'm just so excited about it.
