working with a family member. And so I'm joined here today by the ever so lovely Mrs. White.

Hello. Hello. All right. So we're going to do just some real quick kind of pros and cons.

It never ceases to amaze me on how many people in the mortgage business are working with a spouse.

And so I wrote down a, we did an episode last week on work life balance.

Right.

And I started thinking, well, part of what makes our life balance kind of easy, or at least

not hard, that we work together.

And so it's not like we have a boss that's telling us, you got to work extra today, or I need you to work this weekend or something like that,

because we don't, you're my boss and I'm, well, no, I'm your boss.

Yeah, yeah.

But you get the idea.

So anyway, so we thought we'd talk a little bit about the pros and cons of,

of working as a team.

So I'm going to go over a couple pros and then we'll do a couple cons.

First of all, so before I give you my list of pros, what's some of the things that you found?
