You probably have touched on this and I know you have done a few cuts podcasts with Ben Berzerin and a few others

about what separates athletes.

But I just wanted to get your opinion or somebody else

that you have on that topic of what separates athletes and maybe

from a mental standpoint or a physical standpoint.

But if you had two of the same athletes, I guess athlete A&A athletes being able to train for the same amount of hours into the same program

and the same recovery as far as nutrition and stretching and all that goes into with that.

What would separate athlete A and athlete B from each other if

athlete A was going to the games consistently and maybe even one a few times

and athlete B did not but did the exact same thing in a day

It doesn't even have to be the games.

It can be just an everyday athlete that goes to a cross the gym or a 50 or 60 year old grandmother or mom or whatever the case
