Today I'm joined by a very special guest who's been in my life for a rather long time.

She is my manager, Alice Russell.

I've been wanting to talk about working moms for a while and it's really hard to know who to

choose because there are so many different types of working mums. But I thought long and hard and

Alice for me is someone that I really, really admire. She has two beautiful little girls and she

juggles work and being a mum in such an honourable amazing way and I think

she just has so many great tips for working mums on how to manage it and how to find a little bit

of balance. We spoke a lot about the challenges of juggling work with babies, how we can create

change in the workplace to give

women the opportunity to succeed in both family and work life and the childcare struggles that

surround working mum life. Alice has so much amazing advice to give on this topic. She really is

someone that inspires me more than anyone in business and life. She truly is a fantastic, amazing, inspiring,

wonderful women who I love and I feel so grateful to have in my life. So I hope you enjoy listening

agent. So for those that don't know, Alice is my manager, agent and sort of big sister as well.

And we've known each other a very long time. And I wanted to talk about mothers working, working

moms, the issues, the kind of different sides to it.
