resolving conflict so difficult? Why are so many of us so bad at it?

I think there's probably a lot of reasons. Most of it didn't have this had modeled probably well,

especially if you look at, and I think the way you look at conflict, I mean, when I hear the word

conflict, I don't usually get warm, fuzzy feelings. You know, you think about a fight or if you grew up in a home where you're a parent's

father a lot.

I mean, you didn't like that.

I mean, I could say, you know, mom and dad, fight.

And I go hide in the closet and turn my, put my ear pods in and I listen to music because

I don't want to be around it.

So just the word itself, I think, scares us. And I think that's part of it. I think we don't know how to resolve it.

We just get scared of it.

And so all those go together to make it difficult.

And so then we think, oh, we'd get into it.

And then we've done it before together.
