The Michael Berry Show I got a email last night. I posted on the Facebook if you don't follow us do

Some evenings as I'm prepping out what I like to do is kind of a heavy reading for about a 10 to 15 minute spurt.

Lots of studies have said it's hard to focus, hard, much longer than that at a time, give yourself break get up and go pee when you're my age

when you're my age you punctuate about every third or fourth sentence of life every

paragraph of life with a get up and go pee just what you do it's your prostate.

Get up go pee go get a glass of water

walk around for a minute, do a push-up, stretch, and I will go on Facebook for five minutes,

and I'll post something and read a couple comments.

Anyway, what was I talking about? Oh, so I said, hey guys, tomorrow's your day, that's

today. Tomorrow's your day. Don't tell me you don't have money, you can write a note.

Tell your girl, take her on a long walk.

Do something that she says, do something so out of character so seemingly scary to her because this is so unlike you that she says

Are you okay?

Like she worries you got a terminal cancer diagnosis. She worries that you lost every penny you have.

She worries that something tragic has happened because you're seemingly being so wonderful.

And I said, you'll do that.

And I got you'll do that and I got an email and I forget her like Laura I

remember the weirdest things and I think her name was Laura Manus or Manus M A N I S. And she said we're not

fancy people we moved out of town we live on three acres out in the country and see if I can find that photo and and it is

is and this is us having a romantic dinner and he's wearing his camo man after my own heart

he's wearing his camo, everybody in orange wears camo all the time.

My joke my entire life is, hey Michael, how are you doing?
