Words can make you sick or healed, heavy or light.

And here's an experiment that just might prove it.

I've got an idea, I said to my kid,

let's talk smack to these apples and see what happens.

And thus began the good apple slash bad apple, approximately

25-day experiment. It's approximate because we lost track of time. And it happened in our kitchen.

Now, I'm a fan of Dr. Emoto's research on water and resonance. You should just Google Emoto,

E-M-O-T-O. Now, I believe that this apple experiment in my kitchen

was going to prove this theory of resonance, and sure enough, what we did was we cut one apple

and half. Each of the same apple sat in its own sealed jar on our windowsill.

And throughout the day, we'd walk by and we would say to the apple of positivity,

You are so awesome! You're a winner! You are perfect, gorgeous, useful.

Apple, we love you. Apple, you rock.

And then we'd touch the jars, and we'd whisper and we'd yell, and we'd laugh. Good apple, you rock. And then we'd touch the jars and we'd whisper and we'd yell and we'd laugh,

good apple, good apple. Now, as for the apple that we called the apple of negativity, I actually had

a hard time being nasty to that bad apple. And my truly kind-hearted boy had a total field day with

it. And he was like was like apple you super suck you

no good ugly stinking piece of useless fruit well since i was having difficulty channeling my inner jerk

i chose to use words to program the apple to rot i kept telling it what I wanted to have happen. You're rotting.

You're not worth my attention because you're going to rot. And you know what? I kind of hope you do
