0:04.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be women who monkey branch to a new guy and back.
0:10.9	I've got an email.
0:11.9	This is from a guy who was with his now ex-girlfriend for about seven years.
0:17.3	And the last few months of the relationship, it's obvious it seemed like at least in from his perception
0:22.9	after reading the email he's he recognized that there were problems but he's like hey i didn't think
0:27.4	they were that bad and then in passing she mentioned she met some new guy at a party because
0:33.0	women always will tell you about the dudes in their life it's the the, oh, I met this new guy. He was really
0:38.8	nice. Or there's this new guy at work and he's really nice and friendly towards me. And that's about
0:43.7	the extent of it. Because in her mind, hey, full disclosure, she told you about the other guy
0:48.4	that will basically be your replacement if you don't get your act together. And so that's what happened. He started pursuing
0:57.1	her a little bit more. She said, I need space, started seeing the new guy. And then she started
1:04.4	reaching out and was seeing him as well. And then he started to pursue, literally driving her into
1:10.4	the arms of the new guy.
1:12.3	And then she says, well, I'm going to give us to go with the new guy.

1:18.1	Anyways, a few weeks, he came across my work, started reading 3% Man.
1:22.5	And now she's back.
1:24.1	And so he's kind of in limbo now.
1:26.4	So it's kind of, when you wear somebody for seven
1:29.2	years, that's a lot of time. It's not easy to just flip a switch and go, yeah, I'll just find
1:33.1	somebody new tomorrow. She lined up his replacement and so rejection breeds obsession
