0:10.3	I've got email from a guy.
0:12.0	He says he's been following me for about four years and he's read my first book, 3% man.
0:17.2	He says about nine times.
0:20.0	And so he's obviously lived in an area where there was a lot of
0:24.3	lockdown policies. And so his dating and his personal life took hit over the last couple of years,
0:30.2	even though he says he's over six feet tall. He's good looking. He's fit. He's in shape. And so now
0:36.5	he's getting back into the swing of things since things have opened up. He said he was going through a dry spell for a while. And so recently he met he was hanging out with his friends. Girl came up to him in a bar, tapped him on his shoulder. One thing led to another. He ended up on a first date, which went well, and then he had a second date, which
0:54.9	ended in sex. But he did and said some things at the end, and it just goes to show, especially
1:01.1	this day and age, where women can get so much attention on social media, whether it's
1:07.2	Instagram or even the dating apps, that you really can't slip up very much.
1:12.3	And it just goes to show that the higher the woman's interest in you, the more mistakes you can make.
1:19.4	But the lower the interest and the more options she has, the less you can screw up without getting blown off.
1:25.1	And that's what happened to him.
1:26.1	He kind of knows what he
1:28.4	did wrong but it's a good email to go through just because obviously you want to learn from these
1:34.1	because if you find yourself in this same situation, quite frankly, some of the mistakes he's made
1:38.4	a lot of guys have made I made when I didn't know any better. And the goal is to get better
1:43.4	is to learn from each one of
1:45.2	these situations so you can better apply the principles that are in 3% man. So let's go through
