media from a young age. You've worked in the media for a very long time. And it's an industry that

has been transformed. It's been disrupted. You know, in recent years, we've seen digital content,

So first, could you tell us about your journey into the media industry, how it started,

Oh, so I'm going back a long time because it was my 45th birthday yesterday.

So I'm, yeah, I've been in the media a long, long time because I joined the Daily Mirror

when I was 21, straight from university.

So I'm a qualified trained news journalist.
