0:30.1	Hey friends, welcome back to the Rhythms for Life Podcast. This is Rebecca and Gabe. He
0:35.4	is doing the interview with me, but I'm going to go ahead and do the intro today because it's been a
0:39.6	minute. I have not been with you guys for a couple months. Gabe and I decided to take off December,
0:46.0	half of December, January, and even this first week of February. As many of you know on social
0:51.6	media, Gabe's mom passed away and literally from Christmas on, she was in the hospital and we were
0:59.4	just tending to her care from a distance with lots of trips back and forth. And it was obviously
1:06.4	a time of grief and so it was really wonderful that the Lord had already providentially told us
1:13.2	to take some time off. So we're so thankful. Many of you online have asked, when is the podcast
1:19.6	coming back? And I said, finally, yes, we are. We have just taken a pause. And I hope it's a
1:25.5	reminder for those of you who are running hard and fast that I hope you were able to take a pause.
1:31.6	And sometimes the pause, we don't even want the pause. Like winter is kind of rough and cold
1:38.2	dreary and we've had lots of snow here in Tennessee. And we're not sure we want winter,
1:43.5	but honestly, there's so much happening underground during winter. There is all this life forming
1:49.8	that we cannot see. God is in this waiting season. God is still working. And so as much as I want to
1:56.3	push against winter, if we did not have winter, we would not cherish spring. Those new buds of
2:03.1	life that are going to come out of the ground here in a couple months. And so I just want to embrace
2:08.5	every season. I grew up in Florida where we didn't have seasons. It was always just, you know,
