Summary

Today's episode is for any woman who is tired of holding it all. And ready to be held.

I speak from my heart about the imbalanced feminine — the part of us that believes we must carry everything: the emotions, the burdens, the family, the future. Inspired by the poem Women Holding Things, I offer a new possibility:

That we do not have to hold it anymore. We can surrender. We can let the masculine — within us and around us — hold us.

Throughout the episode, I open up about my own process of releasing inherited and patterned ways of over-functioning and over-carrying, including how our cat Talluah mysteriously supported us through an unexpected spiritual encounter with a bat.
