So this month is Boundaries Month.

And if you guys remember, last week we talked about boundaries.

Internal boundaries.

Internal boundaries.

That's right.

We talked about internal boundaries. Boundaries within us.

Exactly.

And this week we're going to talk about boundaries and women specifically.

I wasn't sure exactly what to call it, but because we're really going to be focusing on women the whole time, we'll just call it Boundaries and Women.

And today is also International Women's Day. So it's just a good, yes,

yes, thank you. It's a good day to have this discussion. And just so you know, we'll talk more

about International Women's Day later, but the theme this year, because there's a theme every year,

is choose to challenge. Okay. And I think that goes

really well with everything we're going to talk about today. And just so you guys know, it's not
