We knew that we couldn’t wrap up this series without talking and navigating leadership roles as a woman, because all women lead in some capacity! In this episode, Kristin shares about her own journey of leadership, talks us through some leadership pitfalls and how to avoid them, and gets really honest about the challenges she faces as a woman leader.
