The biggest piece of advice that I could give to somebody is really around just

remaining authentic and having a very clear message and being committed to it.

Because I think it's very easy as you scale to watch your competitors

scale faster and with more resources.

And I know that for me personally, an example could be like I watched outdoorices scale and take on a ton of VC funding.

And then I watched the, you know, female founder have to step out as CEO.

And I think that that was a really interesting moment for me.

That was pretty recently where I sort of realized,

like, you know, I'm really happy to be building my business sustainably and at a pace where I can

maintain control and not take on VC funding and just keep ownership.

And that's been challenging because I, we have so many ideas and obviously with more capital we would be able to execute more of our ideas.

But we are also building something that is growing at such a healthy and sustainable pace and we get to keep

control of it we get to keep ownership of it and at this point that's actually more

important to me than growing really big really fast if you're nervous about your online business right now, consider this.
