Summary

In this episode, Bishop Barron recounts his visit to the headquarters of both Google and YouTube. He was there to deliver a talk to Catholic Googlers on "Religion and the Opening of the Mind." He reflects on the hungering intellect and why wealth, power, pleasure, and honor all fail to satisfy its restless longings. A listener asks why Jesus didn't appear to more people after his Resurrection.

around the different parishes in my region during holy week. And this year we did some

recordings as well. We got our Word on Fire team out there and recorded these liturgies.

0:48.0

So, Palm Sunday and holy Thursday, good Friday. I didn't do the vigil because I like leaving

0:54.2

that for the pastors. It's an important thing for the pastor to be receiving those to be

0:58.1

baptized and confirmed and so on. But then of course Easter Sunday I did. And it's always

1:02.7

a joy. I went to different places all around this big region that I have. So, a lot of

1:39.7

I preached in Spanish for... Was it good? No, it wasn't good for... Was it holy Thursday?

1:45.4

I did the sermon in Spanish. It was a great parish in Oxnard, which is the most populous

1:50.7

part of my region. There were five parishes, all huge in Oxnard. And that mass was all Spanish.

1:57.0

I preached in Spanish. Then I did some confirmations this past weekend. No, both were... Both masses
