we're going to hop around just a little bit. So I'd love for you to actually bring a Bible, open it up.

We did, if you're coming off a spring break, I hope for you, hopefully you're ready

to get your kids to go back to school tomorrow praise the lord um we went to we went to

disney on spring break and so i've got a lot of material for next week's sermon on gluttony all right a lot

but we'll say that for next week today we're going to talk about sloth sloth um it obviously means lazy

and it is an animal a sloth is a there's a three-toed and a two-toed sloth and it lives in south america it's a kind of smaller animal and it is an animal. A sloth is a three-toed and a two-toeat sloth and it lives in South

America. It's a kind of smaller animal. And it does climb it up and down trees and it only goes down

the tree one time a week. That's how lazy it is. Wakes up in the morning. It only eats what it can reach,

you know, around it and it just kind of sits there and eats and then and then climbs down the tree one time a week to use the bathroom that's it unless it's raining then it just then it doesn't climb down the tree it

just goes in the rain it's like an eight-year-old in the pool you need to go to the bathroom

why but i need to go to the bathroom i'm in it right now you know that kind of thing so so obviously

that's uh that's that's you know, sloth is lazy.

And I don't know if you ever thought about laziness or slothfulness as a sin, but it's listed as one of the seven deadly sins.

It's not listed in the Bible.

There's not like a seven deadly sin section.

All sin is deadly.
