Amen, amen. How are we doing, church? Doing good?

You look great. If you got your Bibles and I hope you do, grab them. We're going to be in Judges 4 and 5. We'll spend the majority of our time in Judges Chapter 4.

And I'd like to say, happy Father's Day to all the dads. Happy Father's Day. That's about all you get. Okay, so welcome to Fatherhood.

So today what we're going to be talking about is Deborah, she is the only

female judge amongst the judges. And some people have warned me that are like, you sure you want

to go down this road? Because we're going to talk about things like gender and roles of men and

women. And let me just kind of lay this foundation out for you. At the church of 1122, we believe in the

authority of the scripture, that the truth does not change, that the truth of God's word

does not change, times change, what's popular changes, what's politically correct changes all the

time, but God's word does not change, and we, like I'm a Bible God. I believe it cover to cover.

I think the whole thing's inspired by God.

I think the whole thing is about Jesus.

I even believe that the leather is genuine, okay?

I am a Bible God.

And so the Word of God is our authority.

And God, because he is our creator and he's the author of life, he knows how things work best.

And truth is found in the authority of the word of God.

And so while I am not, I'm like a mailman. I don't write the mail. I just deliver it. And so

the goal by the time we're done here is I would like for everybody here, men and women, to be

equally inspired and offended. And so if you're not inspired enough, come see me at the end, and I'll tell you how great you look today. And if you're not offended enough, then come see me at the end, and I'll just,

I don't insult you personally. But my job as a pastor is to comfort the afflicted and to afflict the

comfortable. And so what we're talking about, listen, our culture needs to hear and understand how God designed things when it
