Hey, I'm Teresa Caputo. You might know me as the Long Island medium.

Why do people call me that? Well, I talk to the dead.

My job is to help spirit communicate to their loved ones here in the physical world

that they are safe and at peace and that there is more life than this.

This podcast gives me the opportunity to share my gift with more people than ever before

and to give all of you a better understanding of how I communicate with spirit.

So this week's episode on hayspirit, I had the privilege of sharing my gift with Melinda.

I absolutely loved Melinda's experience because she came into the reading with no expectations.

Even though her loved one died tragically, she really didn't feel that anything was left unsaid.

But her loved one did an amazing, amazing job of validating that they were always loving,

guiding and protecting us and living life through our eyes.

There were three souls that stepped forward, but there is a father figure that stepped forward

and he started laboring my breathing.

So did he pass from something of the chest or something with the breath?

Or is that what you remember?

He also restricted my throat area, which means that he couldn't communicate in the end.

So whether if you didn't get to say goodbye or he physically could not communicate.

He died suddenly in a bicycle accident and I never got to say goodbye to him.
