Hey, I'm Teresa Caputo. You might know me as the Long Island medium.

Why do people call me that? Well, I talk to the dead.

My job is to help spirit communicate to their loved ones here in the physical world that

they are safe and at peace and that there is more to life than this. This podcast gives me the

opportunity to share my gift with more people than ever before and to give all of you a better

understanding of how I communicate with spirit. So every reading that I do is healing and amazing

and affects me in such a way because I learn something with every reading and I don't think people

realize on how spirit really does play a huge hand in how someone gets on my podcast or even

a guest on Long Island medium. And today's a perfect example of that. There are no such things as

a coincidence. I also think Amanda's reading was also a validation that we have to take care of

ourselves or else we're going to be no good to someone else. And I think there are people in the

family that carry the burden more so than others. I kind of struggle with at times when I'm doing

things for myself. Oh, I should be doing for others. And it's not it's a necessity to take care

of ourselves. So we always have to remember to love honor and respect ourselves so we can continue
