I assume we all have our individual notion of what it means to be the light. And most of us try, really try,

to embody that phrase and live it. But what does it mean really to be the light? I've given this

a lot of thought, y'all. And pondering that question has sent me down a physics rabbit hole.

Now, hang on, stay with me.

I promise this rabbit hole is not terribly deep.

So what is light, really?

I mean, the science of light.

And how do we be the light?
