1:36.0 | But yes, so my name is Sean Zevery. I'm based on Houston, Texas. I've been in the real estate industry for about six years now. |
1:43.0 | Since 2016, when I graduated college, I got right in basically start off wholesaling, right. We still hold so that's primarily our business wholesaling houses. |
1:52.0 | We do some fixing flips, we do some buying holds, do some new construction on some commercial properties as well, but primarily it's wholesaling. |
1:59.0 | I have a team of about four people in office and then four people virtual, you know, we're doing anywhere between 75 to 100 deals for the past three years. |
2:09.0 | And yeah, I just wanted to go in and talk about my real estate journey, my radio journey, which thanks to you guys, you know, you guys actually got me lifted on that up lifted. |
