Colorado Springs, Colorado. He's been wholesaling since July of this year

background but Brett how the heck are you my friend hey good great great thanks for

having me on yeah a little about myself I had wholesaled two deals before coming across Cody or Cody and

Tom's program. They were really half hazard but it helped pay for college and

it's there just two deals and that's about where it stayed

currently active duty army. I'm an army officer so I have a super demanding job, but I've always loved real estate and I plan on getting out in about a year and a half and I needed to have a business operating producing income before I lose my army income and my benefits and stuff. So it's scary getting out, but I think with this business will be fine.
