from that 2.2 to 2.7, or is it just, you're mostly eaten up by ancillary costs?

Yeah, probably ancillary costs. I mean, I got two virtual assistants.

Shout out DeMola. He actually helped me find one of my VAs. Shout out to him. Two virtual assistants

to do the kind of the initial research, but I had to train them. And I pay them kind of weekly.

But other than that, I mean, you got Skip Jeannie Jeannie you got attorney fees I guess you would pay

let's just say if you have a couple I have a couple going let's just say five grand five

grand five 10 grand with attorney fees something like that when do you bring the attorneys in

so it's two ways if you got a probate that's done before, 1981, the attorney, you bring them kind of in in the beginning. If it's after 1981, you want to bring them in on like the very, very beginning because it's just going to be a standard probate. So, you know, and I try to have an intake sheet and it basically says who the dead person was,

their address, did they have any debt? And then it kind of states everything the attorney will need.
