Why are you guys doing land and not houses or commercial or multi-family?

We just felt that it was an industry that wasn't as competitive, right?

Land, not a lot of people know about it.

Chris ran into a friend of his that made 50 grand in six months flipping land, you know, and Chris calls me, hey, what do you know about land flipping? And I'm like, huh?
