Yeah, so we have 49 active. Whether it was a wholesale or a flip, for me it's all of the same,

is because we closed it, we got insurance on it, we got lenders on it, you know, it's a wholesale or a flip, for me, it's all of the same. It's because, you know, we closed it.

We got insurance on it.

We got lenders on it.

You know, it's going to be our overhead. So, yeah. Do you get 100% financing from your lenders? Or like, how do you have so much money to do that many flips? Well, we're in Fort Wayne, Indiana. So properties are, you know, 100,000, 150,000.

So I think it was like, I don't know, maybe 5 million in debt.

So it wasn't like, I mean, too crazy, but it was, it was scary. For me, I mean, that's the most debt I've ever taken on. And so, yeah, just decided to, like, I've heard this quote, and I don't know if you ever heard this, but you can go broke buying good deals. Sure. I would consider myself a pretty conservative person, but then I'm conservative on the deals themselves. Like every deal that people see, they'd be like, yep, I do that deal. Yep, I do that deal. But then it starts to become not so conservative when you do so many at the same time, right? And so that's when it gets interesting. And so not that we were ever at risk. It's just, it was scary for me. And my goal, I just had a daughter. Do you have kids, by the way? I don't even know. Do you have boys? Yep. Two boys. You boys? Fourteen and eight. Shame is in bow. Yep. Dang. Okay. Well, mine's a baby girl. And so I just had her. She's five months now. And so my goal is to kind of step away from the business more. And so I'm like, okay, as I step away from the business more, these people are trusting me with their money. And like I trust my team. My team's freaking killers, dude. They're,
