1:20.7	using an IRA. So why would you want to invest in real estate in an IRA? Well, the first thing, and by the way, when I use
1:29.1	the word IRA, I'm mostly talking about just tax advantage retirement accounts, right? You can do a 401k,
1:36.1	you can do a cash balance plan, you could do a traditional IRA, a Roth IRA. So a lot of these
1:41.9	work similar. Some are superior to others. But in general, I'm going to
1:46.5	talk in generalities here today. And I will talk about a Roth specifically because it is my
