Yeah, we've owned it for, I think my parents owned it for like 30-something years. So that was probably where you lived at one point in your life? Yeah, yeah, actually. So probably a lot of good memories there. Okay. Is it just you that kind of is involved? Are you got siblings, cousins, nephews, nieces? No, I am in charge. I'm the personal representative. Okay. So you're the personal rep of the estate and you're kind of taking control of this whole thing. And you said you just kind of got the property a couple of weeks ago. So what are your kind of goals, I guess, with the sale of the home here, Bob? We just, we don't want to fix it up. We just want to sell it completely the way it is, the way that it sits. So if you can buy it, great. If not, you know, I'm going to, I'm going to probably call a few other companies and, you know, get a few bids and a few offers and just, you know, pick the best one. You know, they put on a new roof. They put some solar on it. I think they replaced the pool equipment, but the pool is in pretty rough shape. But nothing major.
