So I actually had a joint venture partner bring me a real estate deal and long story short, I helped him lock it up and in terms of we came together the price and then we

realized some things about the property that we did not see initially right whether or not the

seller told us about them is debatable, right? But there was basically

a miscommunication and we had found out that there was a property that we needed to pay about

$200,000 for, but we had initially agreed about $200,000 for,
