Looking at my computer and pulling the stats for my market here in Phoenix, Arizona, where we do business. In April, we had 5,600 active listings.

Now in July, we have 16,600.

What that means is this is an incredible opportunity to go after listings that are just sitting on the market that are in really rough shape because let me tell you this right now.
