There are three ways to generate leads, all right? The first way is to be really proactive.

Go out there and just go find a property owner or somebody that represents a property owner to talk to and see if they

would consider an offer in their property.

That's what people typically call prospecting.

The second way is marketing, right?

You spend money, you put it out there, you say, hey listen, I buy

houses and people reach out to you. They understand what your business does and when they're

ready to sell, they reach out to you and that's called marketing.

Well the third way and truly the most profitable way but I think the trickiest way

to get leads is by referrals, by building a great reputation, by being loud out

there so that people know that you buy houses, that you are a real estate entrepreneur.
