In my opinion, one of the most important things

that you can do as a business owner is understand that teamwork makes the dream work.

One of my mentors Dan Sullivan has always, always, harped on this.

Anything amazing, always requires other people and teamwork

and collaboration.

And if you are living in a silo sure you can make some money but I got to tell you business life making money is all more fun and I help a lot easier working with the people and so how to create or how do you

cultivate a winning culture in your organization? I got to tell you it does not

happen by accident. My number one rule is that you must be intentional. You have to understand that you have to decide not to be average.

Your company has to decide that you're going to be better, that people are going to be attracted to you and want to work with you because of the culture that you create.

And by the way, it could be a culture of two people, right?
