that's where you know all the juices in but you guys Dylan you at least discovered wholesaling a year ago it took about eight months to really start building up the momentum to get to your first deal but since then how many deals have you closed

three deals and two into pipeline and two in the pipeline and what have you made from those three deals so far 122 thousand five hundred dollars

a hundred and twenty two thousand five hundred dollars absolutely bananas you know we're going to be breaking down their biggest deal which is just a phenomenal story but first I'll start with you Dylan Dylan tell me about your story man tell me about how you got to this point where you're a wholesaler now in Athens Georgia how did you get here well like you said I started a year ago just fresh out of high school but I had a lost on the way I wanted to do things

in life I was working like I said this this job this loading trucks pretty much all day five days a week sixteen hours plus shift all sometimes twenty to twenty four is those are you know some crazy days then I hired of all the

situation and all the time that I was spending because I was had no time to spend with my family my girlfriend and you know just a

people that I love start finding like some alternative ways to you know kind of money I was been on a trip or nowhere but I tried a whole lot of things I tried

drop shipping try stocks and best thing you know the whole ship and but nothing in it off as hard as I guess real state and found

also through YouTube you know kind of listening down hey what's quick you know what was the best and quick as

way to make money in the United States and then real state came up they told me to become an agent they

didn't want to do that and second thing that follow was wholesale so best way to you know kind of kind of

gather a lot of money quickly right it doesn't they don't really tell you how much work it takes

all front but it really is simple it's a simple thing but it takes a lot of work so I found a found

wholesaling about a year ago I guess and you know we're months have months and I quit my I quit my job

as soon as I found wholesaling not even doing my first deal not even doing my first call when I quit my

job but I just like I knew it was something that I could make happen and not even I guess not even a

month in I realized that it was not gonna happen as quick as I thought was gonna happen I thought

I was gonna come in and do my first deal you know in the first month month and a half and it
