I showed up in a suit and tie to the courtroom thinking that I was going to get probation

for five or ten years and I was going to be a good boy.

I'd been a good boy for years at this point.

And I walked in and I didn't meet a judge in person.

I met him on video.

And this was way prior to COVID.

This was like 2006, 2007.

And this judge appears on this little video box inside a makeshift courtroom

because he was actually overseeing a case in another district.

And this federal judge, after pleading my case and my lawyer speaking up,

he says, I sentence you to 15 months incarceration in a federal

prison facility. You have 60 days to get your affairs in order and turn yourself in on June 15th,
