talking today to a medical doctor about how to overcome fear and anxiety, physically, emotionally,

and spiritually. She really comes to the unique perspective because she understands the complexities

of the human body, and she understands the dynamic of the spiritual battle we're in.

Genetic predispositions, you know, fear and anxiety seem like they're at all-time high.

You hear so many stories. And yet God has a remedy for us, and yet you might be somebody

who battles anxiety.

Then you read a passage in scripture that says, be anxious for nothing, and you feel like a spiritual

failure, and you're wondering, why can't I get there?

Well, it's not as easy as it seems for some. So there's no shame and you should feel
