that show because I hear from you all of the time we talk about health the healing process what it takes

to live in a healthy way well today we're going to talk about getting unstuck maybe you're stuck

spiritually maybe you're stuck emotionally Maybe you're stuck spiritually.

Maybe you're stuck emotionally.

Maybe you're stuck physically.

In fact, I would say, and I'm going to ask Doc about this in a little while, but if you

stuck situationally, I would say behind it, you're probably stuck in one of those three ways,

spiritually, emotionally, physically.
