All right, everybody, welcome back to another edition of The Teardown.

I'm going to my coworker Jordan Bianchi.

We are motorsports writers for The Athletic.

And we're here to talk about, I mean, I don't know what just happened.

I mean, this is the most overtimes in NASCAR Cup series history,

this crazy national race.

Nashville is crazy to begin with,

but then when you throw in five overtimes on top of that,

fuel running out all over the place,

all sorts of just, you know, this is the kind of race that

if you're on team chaos, you would probably like. So the captain of team chaos, Jordan Bianchi,

I bet you, you had a pretty good day there in Nashville. It's so interesting. And we've talked

about this at New Hampshire. We, and it applies today is the first part of this race, really, let's say pre-Rain, was just like, man, oh, they're having a hard time passing all weekend. We saw in the truck series. We saw in the Xfinity series. We're seeing in the Cup series. Not a lot of lead changes. You know, this isn't good. And then this thing just kept

unfolding. It was like, this is not bad. This is entertaining. And it was like, you feel the layers back.

And it kept getting wilder and wilder. And a lot of compelling storylines came out of this. And then

we're developing throughout the race. And at the end of the day, you're like, that wasn't bad at all.

And I'm curious to get your perspective, very curious.

How did you feel about the all of the cautions in overtime?

Are you on the, this is not good for NASCAR.

This is an embarrassment.

These guys are better than this, which is probably my guess is where you're falling.
