Summary

Wim Hof has about a dozen world records in relation to exposing the body to cold temperatures. He has climbed Mt. Everest in a pair of shorts and boots and did the same on Mt. Kilimanjaro! He and his team have done extensive studies on the impact of cold water thermogenesis on the health of the body. Alleviate depression, decrease body fat, increase muscle, increase mental cognition and strengthen immune system to name a few reasons you may be interested in experimenting with this!
