and you said to me, tell me about yourself, here's one way I think you could answer that would

go from Icebreaker to Game Changer. Oh, Matthew, I'm so glad you asked me that. I mean, there's a lot I could say,

but here's what I'd like to focus on.

I don't know about myself to know that the kind of person you're looking for probably matches my personality.

Now, that probably sounds arrogant.

But here's the thing.

Your company grew over 20% last year, and you're targeting 36% next year.

And that sounds fun and wonderful until you've been in it. And you know that it's a total rocket ride and it's messy and they're smart people

that hate that. I love it. Talk more about what you know about yourself and what you're good at

and what you're not good at. And if you don't know what you're

not good at, think of it this way. What is your greatest strength? Okay, most people's biggest

weakness is the shadow side of their greatest strength or their greatest strength unguarded.

How many job interviews have you been in? Five, 25, 55. How many job interviews have you been in? Five, 25, 55.

How many job interviews have you conducted?

For some of you, that might be one, two, ten, maybe more.

If I had to guess, I've probably done maybe eight to ten thousand.

What turns out, that's not a lot compared to our guests today.
