That's the voice of the woman who has all of Australia captivated at the moment, although very few know her name.

At the time of his disappearance in September 2014, that woman was the foster mother of 3.5 year old William

Tyrell.

What you just heard was part of a video walkthrough she recorded with a female detective

sometime later around Kendall in country New South Wales

where she and her husband had taken William for a weekend to stay with her mother.

It was of course from her mother's home that William vanished. Coming up later in the show we'll hear from journalist Carolyn Overington
