Summary

William Rowell was a 37-year-old service tech operator for slot machines who was caught in the Fortson, Georgia investigation. Before William arrived at the sting, footage from a gas station shows he stopped there to buy a box of condoms. He arrives driving a white van (of course he does), so the decoy, wearing only towels to appear she showered, came out to lure him in. William, looking like he hasn't showered in weeks, complains to the decoy that she didn't have to shower. As he gets in the house, he wants to follow the decoy to her room where she said she was going to change in.
