Summary

On November 27, 2006, Brian, 25 years of age at the time, started a chat with a decoy named "Claire", whom he thought was a 13 year old girl. The decoy didn't respond to him that night. However, 3 days later, he tried again, and so the chat began. Brian asked the decoy what her bra size was and if she had any sexual experience.
