| 0:56.2 | this was a violation of the 14th Amendment passed after the Civil War that said |
| 1:00.4 | you can't basically go after anybody because of their race. |
| 1:04.7 | So that was one argument. |
| 1:06.7 | The second argument was he didn't fill out the paperwork right. |
| 1:10.6 | The stuff that he did to reverse President Obama's executive order that created the deferred |
| 1:16.4 | rival program, you know, the DACA program, the DREAMers program, that Trump didn't fill out the paperwork right and therefore he couldn't end the program. |
