This is the single data point or argument that I'm kind of making right now that I think a lot of people are not really digging into, which is we're not going to see a market crash because the MBA Mortgage Bankers Association, the mortgage credit availability and what it looks like today versus what it looked like in the boom of 2004 to

2006 completely different. I know. I had this conversation. Non-stated, no-income type loans.

I mean, literally fog a mirror and say you make $200,000 a year and get a $500,000, a million

jumbo loan, no joke. How easy it was back then versus what it's

looked like since the great financial crisis, completely two opposite ends of the spectrum.
