Hello and welcome to the Byron York Show, the No-Chit-Chit Podcast. We like to get right into it,

and what we're going to get into today is Hunter Biden haven't talked about him in a while,

but now there is reason to talk about him, and the reason coming from President Biden's

interview with CNN, he almost never does interviews. I mean, almost never. But the volunteer,

a graciously gay CNN, a 15-minute interview, because he liked their coverage of a number of things

about the Biden administration. So very, very rare to get an interview. One-on-one has this

interview airs Tuesday night on CNN. Now, it's only 15 minutes. It's not about a specific topic,

so they want to cover the world. He defended his use of the word Armageddon in warning that nuclear

annihilation might result from Vladimir Putin's threat, his threat to use tactical nuclear weapons

in Ukraine. Okay, so that's newsworthy. He defended, oh, excuse me, he didn't defend. He described

Vladimir Putin as, quote, a rational actor who has miscalculated significantly. So that was a good

bit of the interview was devoted to Ukraine and related issues. He was not asked, by the way,

about the appropriateness of making the Armageddon statement at a small Democratic fundraiser in

Manhattan, rather than doing it, say, in an address to the nation. We did a podcast about this

just a week ago. It's just amazing that first, at the president, would come out and say something

like this and raise the specter of Armageddon, getting way ahead or way beyond his intelligence

people and all of that. And second, that he would do it at this small fundraiser, a very

Tony fundraiser at an upper west side, excuse me, upper east side townhouse, gotta get the right
