0:10.6	I am JJ, your host, and excited to be meeting today with Dr. Ed Welch.
0:17.2	If you're unfamiliar with Dr. Ed, he is a licensed psychologist, a biblical counselor, and a longtime faculty member of CCEF.
0:27.8	He has a PhD in neuropsychology, which sounds really fun and smart from the University of Utah.
0:35.3	He also is a seminarian and graduated from biblical theological
0:39.3	seminary with an M. Div degree. Personally, I really enjoyed reading his book called When People
0:45.8	Are Big and God is Small. He's written other books on the topic of shame, anxiety, addiction, worry,
0:53.2	rest, and fear.
0:55.5	He is happily married to his wife, Sherry.
0:58.2	They have two lovely daughters and eight grandchildren,
1:01.2	and I even hear a rumor on the street that Ed plays guitar.
1:04.4	And so I don't know if we'll bust out the guitar today,
1:07.2	but I hope that our conversation on the topic of counseling and biblical counseling,
